Judgment Against On Deck, Mark Frankfurt, and GIA Technology

Case Summary: Plaintiff’s causes of action were for breach of contract, declaratory relief, violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, fraud and a finding of alter ego, plus interest, attorney’s fees, expenses and costs of court. After a hearing on November 5, 2015, the Court entered an order that Plaintiff should have and recover of the Defendants, GIA Technology, Inc., On Deck Management, Inc. and Mark E. Frankfurt, jointly and severally, the sum of $172,328.25, plus reasonable attorney fees and expenses in the amount of $33,000, together with all costs expended in this behalf, plus pre-judgment interest in the amount of $62,040, plus interest at the rate of one and one-half percent per month from entry of judgment and that execution issue.
